Roles and Responsibilities

The International Business Executive handles the sales of IT services including website, mobile apps,DevOps support, and digital marketing services to new customers to achieve revenue targets. Customers are usually business owners, technology buyers from organizations such as eCommerce, eLearning, retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers as well as education institutions and more. The International Business Executive do the market research, create the potential customers, provides sales, and is a first contact point for customers.

The position requires an individual to have an excellent written and verbal communication skills to match international sales requirements and business acumen with a broad understanding of Information Technology. The International Business Executive should also be a good team player.

An International Business Executive is expected to:

  • Identify and develop new prospect through internet research and prospecting techniques.This position will be responsible for working remotely across globe including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Dubai etc
  • Engage in international cold calling through phone, Skype, and email to create interest in company services, generate new business leads and arrange customer meetings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to work effectively with members of organizational boards, colleagues, business partners, prospects, and community stakeholders.
  • This individual will be an enthusiastic team player with exceptional phone communication skills able to understand different buying personas and persuade new business prospects to learn more.
  • Prepare and deliver service presentations including high-level overviews.
  • Understand customers business needs and challenges and position the relevant solutions that address those needs.
  • Persuade potential buyers that a service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and service delivery while managing customer objections.
  • Develop pipeline by using the company sales methodology and processes.

  • Must be proficient in proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, requirement gathering, competition analysis, prepare project schedules, costing, negotiations, communication link between the development team & clients.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Knowledge of web designing, web development, Android, IOS, DevOps is a must.
  • Should be creative and can solve tough problems.
  • Able to generate business via channels like Upwork, Clutch, LinkedIn.
  • Ability to strike conversations on call and email.

Education & Qualifications

  • B.Tech (or equivalent), MBA from an accredited university (preferred)

We sign NDAs and Confidentiality Agreements as required by the client. All our employees work for us full-time and are bound by company Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure clauses. Additionally, for sensitive projects, we can sign custom NDAs.

We evaluate the results regularly, we test our work (we do both development and acceptance testing), we present it to you, we ask for customer feedback, so the customer knows what they need. They are getting what they are paying for. Also, we have constant communication with the client, so that there are no surprises and we proceed with development only after the client's approval.

Since the project (website/application/CRM) is developed individually for each client, we treat each job as their own. So, if the customer wants to take control and manage it themselves, we have no objection to doing so. However, in some cases where the application is developed using proprietary code, payment terms may vary on a case-by-case basis.
