Roles and Responsibilities
The International Business Executive handles the sales of IT services including website, mobile apps,DevOps support, and digital marketing services to new customers to achieve revenue targets. Customers are usually business owners, technology buyers from organizations such as eCommerce, eLearning, retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers as well as education institutions and more. The International Business Executive do the market research, create the potential customers, provides sales, and is a first contact point for customers.
The position requires an individual to have an excellent written and verbal communication skills to match international sales requirements and business acumen with a broad understanding of Information Technology. The International Business Executive should also be a good team player.
An International Business Executive is expected to:
- Identify and develop new prospect through internet research and prospecting techniques.This position will be responsible for working remotely across globe including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Dubai etc
- Engage in international cold calling through phone, Skype, and email to create interest in company services, generate new business leads and arrange customer meetings.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to work effectively with members of organizational boards, colleagues, business partners, prospects, and community stakeholders.
- This individual will be an enthusiastic team player with exceptional phone communication skills able to understand different buying personas and persuade new business prospects to learn more.
- Prepare and deliver service presentations including high-level overviews.
- Understand customers business needs and challenges and position the relevant solutions that address those needs.
- Persuade potential buyers that a service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and service delivery while managing customer objections.
- Develop pipeline by using the company sales methodology and processes.
- Manage sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
- Ensure accurate and timely forecasting and reporting for management visibility.
- Meet or exceed individual sales target while contributing to overall team targets as set by management.
- Meet KPIs related to selling efforts and customer calls.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and report progress towards achieving account or market strategies with management and peers.
- Write proposals as well as any supporting documentation.
- Create sales literature to promote company services.
- Support marketing activities by attending company events.
- Maintain industry awareness and keep abreast of a constantly changing technology landscape by following latest trends in software, and related services.
- Manage own time by organizing and prioritizing daily and weekly tasks.
Education & Qualifications
- MBA (or equivalent) from an accredited university (preferred). Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills. Excellent presentation skills.
- Broad technology knowledge (IT services, cloud, virtualization, mobility, and messaging/collaboration)
- Knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies is a plus.
